Instructions for Online Entry

Log In or Register

Register (or log in) first. You will be assigned to the hunt you are representing. Then each time you want to work on your entries, log in to view.

NOTE:

You will be able to use the same login and hounds to enter this show, as well as the Carolinas and Virginia Hound Shows!

Note: You will enter classes for each hound on the Hunt Entry AFTER you add all hounds to your profile.
  1. Click the “Add New Hound” button to begin adding a new hound
  2. Click the “Update” button next to the hound name to view or change an existing hound.
Hound Registration
  • The title will either display the hound’s name or New depending on what you are working on.
Hound Basics
  • As it sounds, you will supply the basic information about the hound.
  • For the name, please entered exactly what is entered in the registry.
  • Choose the prefix (or unentered if that is the case).
  • Foxhounds prefix is determined by the Hunt where hound was Entered. DO NOT enter the hunt name on the hounds name, just the name. i.e. for Moore County Zardus, you would enter Moore County as the prefix, then Zardus as hound name.
Registration Details
  • If the hound is registered with a breed registry other than NBC or MFHA please enter that # here.
Sire & Dam Information
  1. As with the Hound Basics, supply the information for this hound’s sire or dam.
  2. Once you are done, hit submit to register the new hound or update the existing.
Note that you may save your entry and go back to update, by clicking the SAVE button at the bottom of the form. It should save everything you have entered thus far. Do not submit until you are sure you have everything entered correctly. Changes after submit need to be made with the show secretary.
